Contest runs from 12am MDT on September 1st, 2016 to Midnight on October 1st, 2016. Three winners will be selected at random and will be awarded the listed prize package after verification of their entries. Prize package includes a 50 minute consultation with Dr. John Douillard (in person, via Skype or over the phone) and $100 gift certificate for LifeSpa products. Winner will be notified by email or telephone within 1 week of the contest close.
Winner agrees to allow LifeSpa to share their first name and city location at LifeSpa.com and on LifeSpa’s social media outlets. Winner also agrees to announce their prize on their own social media by October 10th, 2016.
